SASOL KEY WEST THINK I AM A *****

Key West at the Heritage square, in Krugersdorp....On the 13th of January at 11:49 i stopped to put in R100.00, fuel. i swiped my card, Normally i check the sms i receive from the bank immediately to ensure that the correct amount was submitted. this day i was on my way to the dr as i have Vertigo and had to use all my energy to stay up and concentrate not to cause an accident. Vertigo is when you have a inner ear infection and it leaves you unbalanced. The attendant entered R200.00 and not R100.00, i only realized this at about 16H00 the same day, I called them immediately and the manager/operator by the name of Keith said i must come in the following day so that they can look at the cameras for my car and to find the transaction on the computer. so i went, we found my car on the camera, pump number two, camera number 7 at 11:49, he said he cannot find the transaction on the computer and that he will look for it and call me, which he never did. went back this morning and he was not there, but the lady in the office said she found the slip, the slip she showed me was for pump 3 and the time on the print 12:11. I WANT MY MONEY BACK!!!!! they are **********!!!!!
