SASOL INZALO SHARE no dividend payout

My father had the Sasol Inzalo shares which he bought a while ago before he passed away. He did not get his dividend payout before his passing, I sent an email to Sasol informing them this and was asked to submit a number of documents which I sent all. I then sent an email querying when the dividends will be paid out, I received a response saying that it will be paid 15 days after verification. It has long passed that date and nothing has been paid to my dad's late estate account. I sent numerous emails informing informing sasol, requesting answers as to why there has been no payout and suddenly no one cares that to respond, funny enough when they were requesting the documents they responded daily on emails, now that it's time to pay no one is responding.
