Sasol Inzalo Public Ordinary Shareholders Not Paying Out Deceased Parent

My mother and I bought Sasol inzalo shares a while. She passed away before receiving her pay out. I received mine. I have sent through all the required docs to Sasol inzalo that requested me send. Since she passed away, they have not rep****. I have sent countless emails with all the requirements and still no reply from them. This is extremely unacceptable. Her children have the right to her payout.
