Sasol garage nigel
Yesterday around 7pm i went to sasol nigel(the one with a wimpy) to pour petrol i stood by the pump withno assistance until i left.im her dissatisfied with the service i didn't get as sasol has been my best garage and i always pour at sasol.I regret passing alot of filing stations just to b disappointed

05 Mar 2025, 22:05sasol strives for offering commitment, management skills, and daily hands-on involvement. Clearly the manager who called me *********** herself or does not care how i feel,its just water under the bridge and business as usual. I vowed never to set my foot again in that garage cause clearly they don't take my feelings into consideration it surely cant take a whole F..KEN week to reverse cameras and check a simple footage and show remorse and take accountability especially when i drove past 3 fuel stations just to go refill at a nonsense garage that i ended up not receiving any assistance. I demand answers within 7 days and demand my issue be treated with urgency and sasol to take actions against the manager of that fuel station for leaving me in the dad for 7 days😡
