Sasol garage Lynnwood lack of customer service

Sasol garage Lynnwood has a canteen where they sell food and we can place orders. I placed an order at 10:30 and when I went there at 13:00 which was my lunch time I was told that there was no food and the person who place the orders has left. Imagine the lady we call mamzo there told me that the food she has belongs to someone else and her last statement was 'askies' and left standing there. I didn't have lunch because they can't plan their orders well and I placed my order very early in the morning but still it was not there. The disrespect of leaving me standing there and saying there is nothing she can do. Is that how customer service is done. I felt so disrespected.
