SASOL DORANDIA PAYMENT ISSUES
Sasol Dorandia is the pits.Last year we bought petrol, money went out of our account but they say it didn’t pay fine we were using standard bank and their machine is FNB. We went there several times and they said they can’t help and it is not their business. We eventually got assisted by standard bank after weeks of following up because instead of the money being automatically reversed. Fine, today same thing happened we had to pay twice because now they threaten us by saying if we leave it is a drive off and we will be arrested.Now the teller in the garage operating the till tells us to go to a different garage because it is not his problem. He is an older guy and he was very rude and ill mannered for an older person I didn’t get his name but we made the 2nd payment around 17:50 today the 02/03/2025. Also this always happens on a Sunday.Even as i am typing this the money hasn’t been reversed and i know we won’t be getting assistance to get it back.
