Sasol (Dastek) no service

I stopped at Sasol Dastek in Monumentpark on Monday 15 Jan 2018 at 21:40 to fill my car with diesel. I have never filled at this filling station, but needed to because my car was running very low on fuel. It was raining at that time and there were 2 other cars parked at the filling stations when I got there. I waited for about 2 minutes and didn't see anybody who worked there outside attending any of the other cars, so I decided to get out and walk to the shop se hear what is going on.

When I got in the store my jaw dropped as I saw all the staff, about 5 or 6 of them, sitting on the floor. I asked them "what is going on, why are nobody helping me or the other 2 customers?" and the response I got from them is that they cannot help us because it is raining.

I just turned around and walked away otherwise I would have made a nasty comment and drove to the next filling station who was glad to help me. Pathetic that they are afraid of a little rain and this needs to be dealt with by the manager.
