Sasol Commercial Rd Port Elizabeth. Shocking, terrible, useless.

This Sasol Branch has a total unresponsive office. My Company spends almost R1mill per annum with them. I am trying to get a copy of their BEE certificate. Phoning, emailing or visiting the branch does not help. Their office door is always closed, and the shop staff ask that I write my request in a book, which is never answered. In my life, as a reasonable sized customer, I have never heard of such a shocking, terrible customer service.
