SASOL and ABSA not attending to NO PAY of rewards

I noticed no REWARDS are paid when putting in SASOL fuel in Woodstock. I alerted ABSA. Since December the response was: They're looking into it. End of JUNE they say: 'Please be advised that we have received feedback and the feedback provided states that the garage that appears as Excel we will not allocate rewards for. ' The garage owner contacted me. He says: 'I have contacted Sasol regarding this matter. I also have asked some of our Absa using card customers, and they are receiving the rewards. I can only assume the problem lies with Absa.' THIS MORNING, after inquiring, he says: 'I have requested any type of response from our area manager, but to date nothing that can help you. The only thing I can think of, is that maybe the time you were here, we were not registered with Absa yet. This is only a assumtion. I wish I could help you but i have questioned many of my customers and they are receiving the rewards up to date. I can only assume the problem lies with Absa. I sympathize with you and hope you can resolve this.' Never even an effort from ABSA to check whether the awards aren't there and waiting to be, or have been rewarded....
