Sasol abandon their ex employees and push their responsibility onto RMA who then Dismiss claims Pathetic company

I have been put of from Sasol at the end of April 2021 because of hearing loss that Sasol called medical impairment.I was then given papers to say they have registered a claim with RMA.According to Sasol i have a 14% hearingloss and cannot continue to work underground in their mines.Last week i phoned RMA only to find out that they RMA dismissed the claim and that they found only less that 10% hearingloss.RMA never send me for any screening tests but only work on assuptions.So Sasol push their problems onto RMA and RMA push it back to Sasol.This is Sasol's strategy and how they like to avoid responsibility for their employees.SASOL does not care what they do and how they treat their employees and always avoiding to stand up to what's right from wrong.They have started to cater for a new type of management where they do as they please who does not care what they do and to avoid being held resonsible for their actions.You pay for hearing aids out of your own pocket to make your life easy only to find out Sasol and RMA playing games with you.I think legislation should be changed to compensate for all employees befor you get laid of to prevent this cat and mouse games.
