Rudest woman ever

A friend of mine went to Sasol Garage in Roodepoort opposite the Home Affairs one of the days...and he dealt with the rudest woman there. He even took a video of her refusing to sell him electricity, until he asked for his money back. She rudely gave him his money back and proudly said she is sick of "these" people and she also said she doesn't care if she reports her. I saw the video, it is disgusting. And I have asked him to send me the video, I will circulate it in all the media platforms because you cannot treat a customer that way, no matter how superior you think you are, no matter how low you think that person is. She was so unprofessional, disrespectful and does not deserve to have that job, her attitude stinks, she even sits down and opens a magazine. I am out of words with disgust. There are other garages that we can go to. Clearly she does not need the job and I think it should be given to someone who will appreciate it, treat people with respect, and someone who will always present the Sasol brand in positivily. I know for a fact that the manager was informed of the situation. It is depressing and disgusting that people are still being treated this way. He was not there to borrow anything from anyone, he was there to buy and support, and he is not obliged to buy at Sasol, there are so many other garages he can buy from then to be humiliated that way by that ****** womam.
