Rude sasol employee

Two months ago I went to Sasolburg garage sent by a colleague to buy cooked food for her, now I had told my colleague I didn’t know they sell cooked food there. She insisted and when I got there I greeted Precious and asked her about cooked food-in an attitude accompanied by facial expressions she rudely said” kuphelile(it is finished)” I then wanted to confirm if they don’t have right now but they do sell it , in which she rudely rep****, we—do—not— have— food!!! I was livid but took it as she’s had a bad day, so I let it go and walked out with my tail between my legs?. Today 21/12/18 I was sent by a colleague again to buy bread of which as much as I’m a regular at this garage but wasn’t sure if they had bread. So I walked in saw the bread in crates I then went to the counter where Precious was sitting and asked her to please give me the bread to which she looked at me and with such attitude and rudeness she said “the bread is behind you just take it”?! I was astonished and needless to say angry as well because I was polite and asked nicely and didn’t realize the bread was behind me, why was she being so mean and plain rude to me? I spoke with her about this and told her it’s not the first time she’s rude, she wasn’t bothered. I asked for a manager to which she said “don’t worry I’ll call her for you” . That alone told me she knew she wouldn’t be punished. She called for Nosipho-management. They need to move her to not deal with customers at all she must go somewhere to work alone I don’t ever want to see her there. I use that garage anytime from morning to midnight depending on my work, it’s the closest to my workplace. I can’t be seeing that ****** rude face again!
