Rude petrol attendants, disrespectful and customer harrasment

Hi there

I would like to lodge a complaint about the petrol attendants who insulted my sister yesterday. This has became a habit to them because they are doing it everyday; insulting customers. And the worst part is that we were not even speaking to them but they intruded and started insulting her saying all the bad things to her and she is athsmatic especial whe she gets angry.

We also have a business in the same area and they insulted a lady who was our employee to then (6 months ago)... we reportd the matter they said they are going to attend it but seemingly they did not.

We spoke to a manager or owner im not sure but she did not even care claiming that she is busy; she redirected us to the supervisor Alutha who said we cannot report the matter because their employees have rights as well.

The staff names are as follow (day shift):- Sihle Sotashi, Lindokuhle Kwasi, Bulelani Mhlawuli, Makhaya Mhlawuli, Lungile Makhabane, Solule Kili and Bulelani Mbhedashe.

May you please attend this matter ASAP because most of the time its happening to ladies (youth)... Just because we young and helpless that doesnt mean they can do as they please to us and this is unbearable.
