On sunday evening I went to go fill petrol of R50 @ Braamfischer Sasol. I cant remember the petrol attended that assisted me. Before we ( me and my family) left the petrol station my sister went inside to draw money and just b4 she left I switched my car on and left it idling and I realized that my petrol indicator didnt move. I switched off my car and back on and still nothing. I told the petrol attended and he told me to go to the glass window and there were 2 ladies inside and I lodged my complaint and they looked at me like an idiot and told me that 50 petrol is small and wont make a difference. And i said 3L does make a difference. She told me that there is nothing that they can do. The attitude displayed was disrespectful and they didnt even care. I went back to my car waiting for my sister and we poured R100 petrol and then the petrol indicator then moved up when i had just switched on my ignition. The service was poor my concerns were never acknowledged and the response i got was that i was paying change... Disgusted by utterly poor customer service
