I went to Sasol Allandale road on the 05th 2023 between 14:00 and 14:30 to refill my gas for R200.00 and I was assisted by mosimane. I noticed that my gauge didn’t move and immediately told me it will pick up and I told him that it was very strange. He said I should trust him because it always does that. I left and my gauge still didn’t move and after 10 minutes I drove back to them and alerted them that it move. The next day I asked to see the manger and they told me that my gauge is problematic and the manager was very rude. When I look at the receipt I have the time doesn’t correspond. The petrol attended are ripping people off and pretending to fill their tank but they don’t.I’m really disgusted by Sasol on allandale road. Their service sucks big time.
