Reward program a joke
Sasol rewards are a waste and I think Sasol need to close the program because its useless. I had to go redeem my points for fuel, the system didn't work, OTP's were sent after waiting for about 15 or more minutes, after putting OTP in, I was told the rewards have expired but upon my arrival I asked the attendant to to check my rewards balance before she put fuel in and they displayed the amount and i asked to redeem them, why would there be a balance displayed when they have expired?!!! I still say Pick n Pay and BP rewards are way much better than this. I am so furious and disappointed in myself for believing ****
