****** and poor service

Hi This bunch of people working at Bethal Mpumalanga sasol petrol station in festenstein ave. Are very poor at service and very ******. I asked for service after waiting almost 10min and it escalated into a fight. I asked why must there be 2 employees helping one customer and we must wait for service, so i went inside after a hell of an argument and name calling each other i looked for a manager and all she could do is laugh at the situation and when we drove off to find another petrol station that is not ****** and will love to help the client, the one employee hit my bakkie and im sitting with this dent reminding me every day that this country is really down the drain. What can i do about this i dont think its fair i had my wife and 4 month old in the car.
