Poor setvice

On Tuesday 23rd February around 6:20 i went to Sasol filling station klipportjie south to fill up my car, i had to wait for about 10mins without being helped and there were 5 other cars except my car and the attendend where there sitting down. When we ask why we not being helped, the answer that we got was that they going to change shift. Its not happening for the first time because i usually fill up my car there on my way to work and it looks like thats how sasol operates because the very same thing happened in Qwaqwa Makwane sometime last year and i complained about it on hellopeter. Now im thinking twice of filling my car at sasol filling station. Please Sasol filling station management teach your employee how to treat customers.
