Poor service and no assistance when needed

Ive tried to update and use my points with sasol. only for me to be informed that someone used my points a day back. logged a call to query such and over 4 days still no assistance. when you call or even email they will let you know that theres nothing they can do than to try them again in 48 hours. its sad to see and more painful to see the reviews and still find people complaining about the same issue. So unfortunately moving on forward my family and I will be taking our buisness elsewhere.
