Poor service and bad attitude

I am severely disppointed in the poor service I have recieved at Sasol East Rand mall located in North Rand road. This is the main petrol station where I put petrol once a week. When I ask for assistance regarding water or tyre pressure there are always snide remarks being made by their petrol attendants. On Saturday 10 February 2018 I was refused air pressure for my tyres and water for my radiator as they said they cant help if I dont put petrol. They didnt even want to assist me in that regard. There was no manager available to resolve the matter. I once did report the snide remarks made by attendants and it seems now that I am being victimised for reporting bad attitude and poor service.
