Poor Service

Dear Customers Please be aware of petrol attendants at Sasol garage Allen's Nek their quality of Service and Petrol Attendants Today am stuck because the petrol Attendant Thabo did not put the oil cap and my car started smoking

I reported the matter to sasol head office and the Manager of Sasol Garage customer service is not satisfactory at all

No care attitude, no customer service for the mesds caused by their petrol Attendant plus the inconvenience they caused me

I honestly don't know what to do
