Poor service

i have had a Bad service experience at Cosmo city sasol garage. I then email SASOL customer care sasolqueriesandenquiries.com on the 21 July 2024 , my case was handled by this individual on ***. My case number is CS***.

ON the 26th of July i emailed this individual on *** enquiring about how far my case was. The response was that the case has been resolved and closed, resolution notes were added on the email. The notes have NOTHING to do with my case.

I am really disappointed by this poor service rendered by cosmo city Sasol garage and Sasol customer care.
