poor response

Following up on my recent complaint<br> I was advised I will be compensated for the brutal assault I expirienced. I was offered 2 tanks of petrol as a gesture. Upon attending a meeting at the sasol office in NMR avenue. I advised them that 2 tanks of petrol won't compensate for the brutality I was put through and wanted to go public. It was also agreed by the franchise owner Bilaal Omarjee that the petrol was not enough. He agreed to get back to me with a better offer within 3 days which he failed to do so. After sending an e mail he advised me his legal dept is looking into and will get back to me by the weeks end. Which he failed to do. When I sent him another e mail. I got a response saying he will stick with the same gesture. I responded and advised him he himself stated that it was not enough and merely a gesture. and he up'd it to 3 tanks. I advised him that will not do and he did say his legal dept is handling and will get back to me. I have given him a request which I have not gotten a response to. He has just been stringing me along. Wasting time and not taking this serious. This is not the kind of behaviour I would expect from a owner of a franchise of such a big campany.
