Poor Leadership from Katlego

I've been a customer at Sasol Ga-Rankuwa for over a year now and that's the place I fuel more than once a week and I can say the place has moved from welcoming to distasteful or hostile.

On numerous occasions, I have noticed and experienced at firsthand Katlego portray poor leadership skills, which ranges from dictating the attendants to move from one pump to the next while he does not assist during the rush hours, to speaking to the attendants in an aggressive manner, which is really distasteful and horrible to see. And at times, where he has assisted me, I have experienced poor customer service, where the approach was not welcoming but rather abrupt & dismissive, before delegating what should be a quick task to an attendant.

I believe this goes against one of Sasol's core values of caring for its employees and customers and displaying leadership by setting the appropriate tone at the top.

And Sasol Ga-Rankuwa has become a home for my car & quick convenience needs, it's unpalatable to witness it become such a hostile environment, where we're even scared to engage with attendants, who used to attend to us in a more appropriate manner.

Please resolve this and make Sasol Ga-Rankuwa great again.
