Poor, horrible and ridiculous service

Toke my car for Car Wash on Friday 04-01-2019, By then i forgot that i had my phone left in the car. So sad that you would expect whats left in the car not to be taken i mean even my coins. Not to that guy who did wash it , to him it was an opportunity to *****. He does know himself, i had to return back to him and ask about my phone of which he said that he never saw it but he toke my coins. My car details are as follows, Vw Tiguan ,Beige in colour
