POOR Customer Service - SASOL Blue Downs - Hindle Road

Last night I went to the Sasol in Blue Downs, Eerste River just before 9 pm. I must say some of these cashiers do not know how to deal with customers and need to go for training. As I walked in I greeted the cashier and she didn't even acknowledge me at all, at first I thought maybe she didn't hear me but when I gave her my money she just grabbed it and threw it on the counter, then she just put my change on the counter no eye contact or acknowledgement whatsoever. I was so shocked that I was left speechless as I didn't know why this lady was so rude to me as I literally just walked in and greeted her. As I was about to leave I see two other workers coming to the window where she was standing, )one male and one female) I then heard the guy ask her " is she colored"???????????? Really now????? So they won't greet or acknowledge me because they think I'm white??

They will serve you when they feel like it, they will continue assisting their colleagues while you are there waiting for them!! I am truly disgusted by this behavior. They are there to serve the community it doesn't matter what race the customer is they must still be treated with the utmost respect. it's REALLY ridiculous!!

I hope to get a response to this email, As I am extremely disappointed in the poor customer service I experienced last night.
