Poor customer service

On the morning of 23 September 2024 I visited Sasol Garage in Vaalpark to refuel my vehicle. I could oniy see two assistants on the floor at that stage to refuel vehicles. I waited 10 minutes+ and was totaly ignored while they only assisted vehicles on one side...I waited calmly, but as I was in a hurry I drove off to fill up at the next nearest garage. This is not the first time I experienced zero customer focus and service at the garage. I have supported them for many years, but now I have my doubts.
