poor customer service

The cashier (Tisetso) at Ga-Rankuwa is extremely rude as while assisting my husband she was talking with another customer/friend out loud when my husband tried to tell her that she is not focusing on transaction that is taking place he got hell of an answer. The lady should go back to training/workshop as she will chase away consumers. i am disappointed about the service provided.
