Poor Customer Service
The old lady at the confectionery side who a sells pies, etc is very rude. She has no regard for proper customer service. Don’t know why you would hire someone that obviously hates what they do!
She uses a very undermining tone and speaks to customers like they’re kids. This is not the first time she acts this way towards me and many others. She won’t even let you take 2 damn serviettes. Ridiculous!!!
