Poor attitude and unprofessionalism

I stopped at Sasol Dis Ave. Cotswold Port Elizabeth Tuesday morning 13.02.2018 with a flat tyre, 2 attendants tried to help me but they couldn't because my rim was cracked. I explained to them my husband will pick me and my daughter up, she was going to be late for school and i will send someone during the course of the morning to change rims and tyres and collect my car after 5. Sure they said and i can park my vehicle by the atm's. When i got there at about 17:30 to change the rim and tyre a very RUDE note was stuck under my wiper, "abandoned vehicles will be towed. Sasol Disa Management" So instead of the "management" sitting in their tinted windows office watching me struggle....why not come out, talk to me and i'll explain my situation to you - or better yet, come out and help me?!?! Do they really think i'd abandon my vehicle there?? So rude and inconsiderate!!!
