Poor and horrible service from management.

Monday the 02nd of October 2017, around 6:00am , I went to refill my car, firstly when I got there I waited a while before I could get help, finally the petrol attendance by the name of Siyabonga attended to me, the guy was welcoming and friendly, I asked for R250 95 unleaded, after that I asked Siyabonga to check on my water, he gladly did that and refilled it with a smile. after he started looking for inside the engine, and said that my water cap fall inside there and he cant find it, i gave him some time to look for it, because i was also going to work and i was already running late i than decided to step out of the car and help him look for the cap, we both looked for it and unfortunately we did not find it. Becouse i was already running late i then told Siyabonga that I have to go he then covered my water bottle with a plastic bag then I drove off. I reported to work 40 minutes late, at work I called Sasol garage and requested to speak to the manager and explained to him what happened, firstly they was no remorse from him and he didn't even sound like someone who wanted to help instead he indirectly put the blame on me for leaving the garage without the cap being found, after i explained to him that i gave Siyabonga time to look for the cap I even helped him look for it, he then asked that i come to the garage after work and ask for Joseph, I was a bit relived when he asked to come to garage thinking that a solution will be provided, however i was so disappointed when I got there, the so called manager didn't even bother to come and see me personally and apologized for what happened instead he come out of the store and helped the other petrol attendance including Siyabonga to look for the cap in between the engine, you could see from his face that he was annoyed and impatience , so I fail to understand the fact the my belonging was lost at the garage premise and the manager does not want to take accountability, he says that I must sort it out with Siyabonga and also threaten to fire him, how fair is that? I am very disappointing with the way the manager handled the whole issue, he does not have peoples s****s at all. I mean why must I sort this issue with Siyabonga, he is just employee there, Sasol must sort the issue I don't want to deal with they internal issues.
