Petrol Station Attendants' Customer Assistance during Rush Hour

I am writing to bring to Sasol Petrol station Witkoppen road, Northriding concerning issue that recently occured in the morning during rush hour. There was a disagreement among the petrol attendants regarding assisting customers. Specifically, one of the attendants refused to help customers, citing that it was not their shift. We as customers not knowing his work hours felt he was just being difficult and negative impact on the customer service and the overall reputation of the establishment. I kindly request that action is taken to address this issue, maybe the attendant who are not on shift should not be walking around us in their uniform and just chatting, looking at their phones and disturbing the ones who are working. I trust in your leadership and ability this issue will be resolved. This is not the first time I experienced such behaviour at this station.
