Petrol Cap missing after filling at Sasol Lynnwood

I make use of the Sasol filling station in Lynnwood ridge often, but after filling up my bakkie on the weekend at another filling station the petrol attendance told me that I had no petrol cap any more, I know the last time I have filled my tank was at Sasol Lynnwood ridge, so I drove to them and spoke to a young manager and asked if my cap was there, I also told him that I have filled up on the 13th of February 2016 at 10:03AM as this is the date and time on my confirmation SMS I got after paying. He said that he would give me a call should they find the petrol cap, and only dotted down my number, surely he could have gone thru the effort to take down the date and time as I stated so that he can go thru the video material on his backups, and see when my black double cab Navara was there and whom was responsible for not replacing my petrol cap, and then get them to replace the cap or come out with my cap were ever they have now put it. I feel they are responsible for getting my old petrol cap or replacing my petrol cap.<br> <br> Regards<br> Charles
