Pension fund

My husband passes away 06/10/23. Up until now i did not recieven the pension fund. Every time i asked them, they’d tell me it’s under investigation.

The estate is not yet finalised. All documents was on my husband work computer and work cell. I have got no amount or any answer back from anyone until up to date.

Sygnia client services send paperwork to transfer fer my pension fund and they got the same answer from Sasol. I want to report Sasol hr,investigation team and alexander Forbes. I saw the pension fund on my husband’s phone when he was stil alive and it stated his wife get 100%. Even though he did not updated his other beneficiaries. My late eldest son mother in law and father in law death certificates were presented.
