Payment for using bathroom / toilet

I went to Sasol the other wanted to use bathroom after pouring petrol I was told I must pay R2 and I refused, so yesterday 14 January 2018, I went again to Sasol fillingstation Thohoyandou again they told me I must pay I approached the owner Mr Thidiela he told yes I must and further told me that he app**** with sasol head office about making customers pay for toilet. I found Sasol very unprofessional and violating health and environmental compliance.
