Pay to get rafund

I filled up at Sasol Gateway Polokwane this morning. Firstly tha petrol attended was sitting against a concrete dustbin and made no Evert to assist until I got out of the car and one of her colleges how was attending to some one else asked it I was helped . When I said know he told her to assist. She was not happy to attended us at all. After fulling up the money went of my bank. But the slip said Declined. And as told to pay again. When I said but the money went of my bank I showed them on my banking app the petrol attended got a even more bad attitude. She hen called her manager how said the money will be reversed back in to my account with in a hour. It's now 7 hours later and the money is still not back. So I called the manager and he advised me I must go get a bank statement and bring it to him. Why must I now pay R80 for a bank statement and waist petrol driving back to him??? That's not right.and I am a regular customer as a stay just down the road from them.
