Pathetic service from Sasol Groblerpark

I went to Sasol Groblerpark it was a Thursday after noticing my tyre was slightly flat and when I get there I asked the Petrol attended where is the air thingy and they were just chatting and pointed it out, it was in the morning and I had my shirts on and had to figure it out myself since they still using the old ones no one bothered. A day later I had a burst pipe in my house and hired people and when they needed food as they were working I went to the same Sasol and woman from canteen was so rude when I needed her help telling me she is on lunch I must get someone to help me. I was then assisted by the lady from till and I demanded a manager as that woman waa rude apparently he was not, later went back therr couldn't let it slide cause I was shocked how she spoke to me and got assistance manager and she listened wrote my details down and advised a manager will call me to-date nothing happened and when I go there they just look at me and maybe thinking get over it. I will not get over how rude that woman and the moment management is friends with staff that's when they feel they working from home, family business and guess what Sasol has lost a customer which is me and the garage is literally 2min away from my house I would rather driver further I blame the staff, Assistance manager and also the Manager cause it got to his attention but I don't matter much his staff does.
