Pathetic Service

Good evening I visited Sasol McKenzie Park, Range View Rd, Mackenzie Park, Benoni on Friday night the 4th September at about 18h08.

I asked for 95 full tank. My car takes 42Lof petrol he decided to pour 31L as per the Speed point slip he gave me. I only managed to read the slip in the morning I was shocked to see I paid less from what I usually pay at BP.

Saturday morning 5th September I couldn't start my car but eventually I managed to drive to work. Whilst I was on the road I noticed my petrol went down to quarter full after I only drove for 10km.

The only thing that attracted me was your staff friendliness but I regret my decision I should have driven to my usual BP Garage.

I doubt I will ever visit your garages again.

Kindly train your staff to pay more attention to what they are supposed to do than talking about petroleum 93 and chatting with colleagues that were knocking off about soccer.
