PATHETIC CUSTOMER SERVICE
If I could give them no stars, I would. I have a Sasol rewards card, which isn't activated, because their website doesn't work the way it is intended. You go through the process of registration, only for it to request an OTP of 8 digits, but they send you an OTP of 6 digits. WHAT IS THE POINT!!! I then sent an email to their Customer Care address, about a week ago, and the only response I got was an automated one, saying that I will get feedback within 48 hours. PATHETIC CUSTOMER SERVICE, to say the least.
