PATHETIC !!!
HIGHLY DISSAPOINTED !!!
Took my car for a Car Wash on Sunday 11/10/2020. Removed all my valuables , however the standard USB and Charger that's part of the vehicle was in my car. GUESS WHAT >>> YES ! THE STAFF HAD ****** IT !!! and felt absolutely nothing about it. What next SASOL ? What if a client had left something more valuable ... ??? I do understand the clause of "vehicle left at own risk" but this was part of the standard vehicle, which was forcibly removed.
I have been a client for many years ... and you have just lost me and many others from Oxbow that bring our vehicles to you , as well as other clients.
SASOL , THIS IS A MATTER OF THEFT ... TALK ABOUT COMPANY ETHICS

Keegan from Sasol Parklands just contacted me , to inform me that unfortunately he couldn't see much on footage .
And guess what he offers me as compensation ... Another freaking Superior Car Wash !!!!
After just having my stuff FORCIBLY ****** from my car, at the CAR WASH this past SUNDAY !!!
Do you think I'm seriously going to waste my fuel and drive to a place where the staff are THEIVES and allow them to wash my car again . HELL F######G NO !!!
I probably will arrive to have something else ******
All I can say is Sasol , your service is pathetic , seriously a joke and you have lost all of Oxbow and myself as a client .
Keep your offer of the Superior Wash , which costs you F###K all to actually do, as it doesn't come close to replacing the Car's Standard Flash Drive and Car Charging Kit .
