Paid for petrol which was not put in my car

I paid for petrol at the Sasol garage (Sasol N17 Limited) for R50 and no petrol was poured into my car. I know that the petrol was not poured into my car because when I reached the station I had exactly 276 on the reading of my gauge and started driving away from the petrol station but as soon as I could go out I saw that the gauge reading had not gone up AT ALL (and I know 100% that the gauge is not broken cause I had put in R100 petrol an our before and the gauge reading had gone up), <br> <br> I approached the petrol attendant who had assisted me and he of course acted like he didn't know what I was talking about and so did his supervisor. Some of the petrol attendants were telling me how could I be complaining about a mere R50. BUT the value is not the issue, the issue is that THESE PEOPLE ARE COMMITTING ***** and they need to be held accountable for such actions and MUST BE PUNISHED. they are busy putting the name of SASOL in disrepute. I have subsequently also read that a lot of these ****s are being done and are going unpunished. For the sake of your name SASOL and the brand of trust and integrity for which you stand for, please do something about this.
