Owner shorted problem out

Thank you for the owner of sasol that has contacted me and has appoligized for the behavier of his employees he also said that he would take the neccasary steps to ensure that this does not happen again so i will still be a client of the same sasol here on forward if any problems i will adress it in the same matter as i did now hope that these cashier are learning what is customer service as this is the most important factor in business thanks to the petrol attendants that is alwya helping me really quickly they are a good exampke of how all staff must be thank you again
