Over charge
I would like to take this time to complain about a lotto ticket which was over charge and would like to know how Management will make this up or deal with this matter. This is the actual cost ( A single LOTTO play will cost you R5.00 vat incl. A single cost of LOTTO PLUS 1 will be R2.50 and a single cost of LOTTO PLUS 2 will be R2.50 vat incl.). However they charged me for 2 lines which i ONLY played Lotto & Lotto Plus, the cost was R35. One ticket cost me R15 & the other additional R25.
