out of stock night before increase

Good day. I went to Kriel Sasol service station yesterday - 02/02/2016 at 20h10, to fill up my vehicle .I asked the attendant to fill up but rep**** that no petrol is available -petrol pumps are all out of stock !!My tank was 3/4 full, so decided to let it be. Petrol, is it really out of stock, or was it said so that the \old petrol\" could be sold the following day at the new increased price ? This morning - 03/02/2016 at 06h20, I went to the service station just to see the outcome of the \"empty \" tanks - yes there it was - ALL PETROL TANKS SUPPLYING PETROL TO VEHICLES !!!!!!<br> Why was this done, telling the public no petrol available, but early the next day petrol is available ????As I live about 1 km from this station , it is therefor convenient to support it.
