Out of stock and bad service.

Yesterday the 18.05.2015 at about 18:10 I went into Sasol quick shop as I was craving a Magnum and noticed that there was a combo \Buy 1x ola magnum & aquelle still or sparking 500ml"for R21.90\"". I searched refrigerator only to find NONE no still nor sparking water when I enquired with the lady at the front desk/till Gladys told me that there wasn't any water and I'd have to speak to the manager who then told me that the supplier had not delivered.<br> <br> Now that's all fair and well but to my knowledge when you run a promotion you make sure you have stock and if all is sold the customer needs to be notified by a all sold out sign or some sort of indication notifying the customer. What really bugged me out was that the promotion started on the 14.05.2015 and end on the 24.06.2015 and already there is no stock of the items I wished to purchase.
