Offer for free Chaywa cappachino

An advert was placed in magazines countrywide offering free chaywa cappuchino untilt he 28th February 2015 at all Sasol delight outlets. When I went into the store over the weekend the staff refused to help me saying they knew nothing about the special and they would not help me as they were previoulsy told by Manager that they do not get free coffee beans to do these specials. How can it be advertised in the most read magazines and then not be available to the public. I asked for details as to who I could contact however I was repeatedly told that cant provide me with details and the manager had already left.<br> What poor customer service<br> Caron
