off line issue

I filled up my tank at Sasol Arkwright filling station. More than half an hour they struggled to get a connection with the card machine. They were very difficult I explained I am late for an appointment wich I struggled to get for 3 months. After throwing a tantrum the manager said I can leave my card and will put the transaction through when they are on line. What de hell... my boss will fire me if I leave my card with all the cloning going on. Then they wanted me to leave my cellphone!!!!! They do not trust me to come back for payment but I must trust them with my belongings. Its been an hour now I am waiting and they do not want me to leave before they got a connection again. I told them numerously they can make a copy of my drivers and take down my details, but they just dont care!!!! I know one thing this will be the last time they will see me ever again and as far as I go I will inform people about the service I received!!!!!
