Now I can't Even Redeem The Little Value Left In My Sasol Inzalo Investment...

I called the Sasol Inzalo call centre to sell my shares today (no need to explain the reason for doing that) and after answering all the usual questions to verify my identity such as ID number, date of birth, physical address, postal address, bank account number, even my investor number, which I all provided without hesitation. Then when asked my age, I answered that I didn't know and said I would need to get a calculator to work it out because I already gave my date of birth. She said she felt uncomfortable with my answer and she wouldn't be able to continue with the call to help me sell my shares. For a share that I thought would easily make me 20% per annum, I've been told I will get less than what I invested! :) Why do I feel like I'm not the only one who has been treated like this? I counted eight questions that I was asked, and answered correctly, why is this not enough? We need to draw the line between genuinely protecting my interests and simply being inconvenienced.
