No order and no responsible person at the station

Took my car for a wash at the car wash. People cleaning cars worked in a completely random order. Definitely not first-come-first-serve basis. One guy started cleaning my car then went over to the next before finishing. I asked what the plan was and he laughed me off. I went into the store and was told that there is no supervisor or manager. There was also nobody that could handle a customer complaint. I was just met with blank expressions and nobody willing to assist. I asked for the number of the owner and was told they don't have it. I then asked for the number of the manager. First I asked the manager where the supervisor is, and followed up by asking what the problem is. As I was already wound up I asked him how he could leave the place without sufficient supervision where he started getting irritated and told me to phone on Monday. I asked for the owners number and he told me he doesn't have it. I said he was lying, then he said the owner is on leave. I got angry and pushed for the owners details where he put the phone down.The manager is VUSI. ***. I would still like to have a conversation with the owner, not Vusi. This is a customer SERVICE industry, I expect better
