No fuel available especially before price increase

After signing up with ABSA rewards I have become a customer at our local Sasol. Its a good looking, clean operation but one that fails in its basic service of supplying fuel. Now I hazard to say that this is not the first, nor the second time I have been turned away from this service station due to there being no petroleum. It appears to be the norm the day prior to the price increase. My wife stopped at the same station earlier the day & myself after work no fuel the entire afternoon. How is it possible that you don't plan for these events in advance? Now I lose out on my rewards as I'm paying a fee for the service of which I receive no reward & you lose out on customers. <br> Simple put, this is not how you provide a service.<br>
